Warranty Agreement
This Warranty Agreement (the "Agreement") is issued by Evolution Wraps LLC, a company registered in the United States, operating as Evolution Wraps (hereafter referred to as "Evolution Wraps", "we", "us", or "our"), to you, the original purchaser (the "Customer", "you", "your").
Warranty Coverage
Evolution Wraps warrants that all vinyl work installed onto horizontal surfaces, including but not limited to hoods, roofs, trunks, and chrome trim, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months, and all other painted surfaces for 3 years from the date of completion of installation (the "Warranty Period"). This Warranty applies solely to defects arising as a result of faulty installation or manufacturer errors.
While we strive for perfection in all our work, due to the nature of the materials and the complex processes involved in applying vinyl wraps, every wrap is not guaranteed to be 100% perfect. Therefore, every job is granted a 5% defect tolerance. Any defects within this tolerance will not be considered as a ground for a claim under this Warranty.
Warranty Claims
Warranty claims can be made for any issues that occur due to installation or manufacturer errors, beyond the 5% defect tolerance. Claims made within the first year will be directly covered by Evolution Wraps and will typically result in shorter turnaround times. Claims made within the final two years of the Warranty Period may need to be processed through the manufacturer of the product used, which may result in longer turnaround times. However, this will not impact the final resolution if the claim is covered under this Warranty. Failure to arrive on the date of your repair date may result in a $100 rescheduling fee.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
This Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions or incidents not directly attributable to installation or product manufacturing issues, including but not limited to rock chips, scratches, car accidents, etc.
The Warranty does not apply to the following:
a) Poor quality painted surfaces, including but not limited to color fading, clear coat fading/cracking, heavy scratches, chipped paint, etc.
b) Vinyl installed onto plastic and unpainted surfaces, including but not limited to mirror caps, fender flares, grills, bumpers, hoods, wings, etc. These types of surfaces are not covered under the Warranty because vinyl cannot attain proper adhesion to these surfaces like it can with a painted surface.
c) Any product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of Evolution Wraps.
d) Damage resulting from failure to follow the care instructions provided by Evolution Wraps.
WARRANTY SERVICE
Evolution Wraps will provide warranty service at the location of its choosing. Evolution Wraps will be responsible for all costs for the removal and re-installation of the product for warranty service. Any additional products or modifications to the area getting repaired may have to be removed by the customer prior to the date of repair.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Evolution Wraps is registered.
